WEIGHT LOSS UPDATE
This morning I woke up (not hungover) started the coffee pot, made my lunch, and stripped down for my weekly weigh in..eek! The scale this week seriously surprised my ass. WITH A LOSS, PEOPLE!!! LOSS OF -0.9lbs! Hooraz! I’m working my way towards goal. I’m gonna just go ahead and thank the water. I’ve been drinking water very consciously and attempting to drink water before snacking. Sometimes you’re just dehydrated, yo.
Of course, this played in my head and I danced away in the shower! Weight loss, peeps!

FRIDAY – 3 MILER
SATURDAY – 5.5 MILES
I’ll be down in the South Bay later tonight and through the weekend for funeral services for the familia. So I’m hoping to get a least one run in but I’m really gonna aim for both. I’ll be bringing all my workout gear home with me tonight. Trying to find the balance, it’s not always easy.
BRINGING LUNCH AKA HEALTHY CHOICES
I’ve been doing a really great job this week which is excellent since I’m officially broke. Between’s the boy’s fancy pants birthday dinner and buying LA plane tickets for next month, I’m only buying food and TP. No more dinners out. Just the basics! Kale, chicken, Trader Joe’s turkey meatballs, sweet potatoes, carrots, tomatoes, apples, mushrooms, eggs, salsa. You’re not on that list – you gotta wait until March. Of course, coffee and milk. That goes without saying. I mean coffee is basically my blood. I’m blood type- Expresso positive.
Alright, let’s all go tackle some ish! Or just pour more coffee 😉
